Our virtual coaching services feature dog-training advice via email, text, phone, or video conferencing tools such as Zoom, Skype, or FaceTime, or a combination of these communication formats, depending on client preference and availability.
We respond to all virtual coaching client email, text, and phone call inquiries from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. PST, Monday-Friday, within 2 business days of each inquiry. If email responses require detailed or in-depth counseling, an additional virtual coaching session may be necessary to fully address your needs and concerns.
Phone appointments can be scheduled from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. PST, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Weekend and evening appointments are not available unless prior arrangements are made.
